The Friendly City Sign Completed for the City's 50th Anniversary Celebration

We are pleased to announce that the Rohnert Park friendly city sign was officially completed last week, just in time for the City’s 50^th Anniversary Celebration that was held on Saturday, September 15^th.  If you pass by the new sign at night, you'll notice that it now lights up (using LED lighting fixtures).  The sign used to light up when it was originally constructed, but the lights had not been working for several years.  All materials were donated by generous local businesses, and labor was provided by a group of fantastic volunteers. This project would not have been possible without these local businesses and volunteers, and we are very appreciative of their contributions and support.
