• Debra Ann Windholz, 60, was arrested Dec. 6, 2017 and later charged with setting 11 fires.

Fatal Dirt Bike Crash Reported South Of Santa Rosa

• The fatality happened at about 6:30 p.m. Thursday, according to CHP reports.
