Free Sun Safety Giveaways at Farmers Insurance Open Jan. 23-26
MD Anderson Cancer Center to offer free sunglasses, lip balm and sunscreen stations; Scripps Clinic to provide free skin cancer screenings

MD Anderson Cancer Center, the official cancer center of the PGA TOUR, will be onsite at the Farmers Insurance Open at Torrey Pines Golf Course for the third year in a row to educate the public on the importance of sun safety in helping reduce cancer risk.
MD Anderson will provide complimentary SPF 50 DRIVE sunscreen stations conveniently located around course, as well as free UV-protectant sunglasses and SPF 30 lip balm to keep fans safe while enjoying all the golf action.
In addition, providers from Scripps Clinic will provide free skin cancer screenings for tournament-goers, from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Jan. 23-26. These will be offered at the MD Anderson Experience, located at the Fan Village.
