Pelicans Make Low Pass Over Crashing Waves: Photos Of The Day

SAN FRANCISCO, CA — San Francisco i uniquely blessed to be surrounded by water on three sides. The Pacific Ocean, with its stormy waves, shore birds and sea mammals is particularly appealing.

David Liu recently captured a series of photos showing pelicans flying low over the waves near the Cliff House.
