MARIN COUNTY, CA – The following is a collection of weekly police, court and fire stories from around Marin County this week.

Predicted strong winds and low humidity has prompted the National Weather Service to issue a red flag warning for the weekend.

Central Marin Police arrested two men after finding 21 pounds of marijuana prepared for shipment during a routine traffic stop this week.

The accident happened at Tam Junction on Shoreline Highway, according to the Marin County Sheriff's Department.

Tyler Silva, 21, of Antioch and Manteca, was last seen Dec. 3 on a cliff near Pirate's Cove Trail at Muir Beach in Marin County.

Officers will be on the lookout for drivers with signs of alcohol and/or drug impairment, police said.
