Convicted Murderer From Marin County Faces Police Chase Charges
- Victor Pierre Bento Silva, 30, of Greenbrae, is currently serving two life sentences.
- The officer was allegedly attacked as he was escorting 24-year-old inmate Jesus Pina back to his cell from a medical appointment.
