San Mateo Conducts Accessibility Survey

Separate surveys were developed for the general public and organizations and both are available in English and Spanish.

SAN MATEO, CA — San Mateo is conducting an accessibility survey that officials say they hope will help them understand how well the city is serving the disabled.

All cities are required under Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 to not discriminate against qualified individuals with disabilities on the basis of disability in its services, programs, or activities.

The city is asking for feedback from the general public and organizations that serve persons with disabilities and its staff on accessibility issues in San Mateo.
