2 Late Night Quakes Strike East Bay
Two quakes struck San Ramon late Sunday night and early Monday morning, according to USGS.
SAN RAMON, CA — Two more earthquakes hit San Ramon late Sunday night and early Monday morning, according to the United States Geological Survey.
The first quake was magnitude 3.2 and struck at 11:21 p.m. Sunday, according to USGS. The quake was felt weakly around the Tri-Valley and East Bay, according to USGS's "Did You Feel It?" map.
The second quake was magnitude 2.8 and struck just over an hour later at 12:22 a.m. No "Did You Feel It?" map was provided for that quake.

A 3.5-magnitude quake struck southeast of Salinas Monday at 7:17 a.m. that was felt lightly as far north as Hollister.
San Ramon has seen hundreds of earthquake swarms since November. On Saturday, the San Ramon Chamber of Commerce hosted a Q&A town hall event on the swarms that featured presentations from a UC Berkeley seismologist, SRVFPD Chief Jonas Aguiar, San Ramon Mayor Mark Armstrong, Danville Mayor Newell Arnerich, and Contra Costa County Supervisor Candace Andersen.
