• Santa Monica's dreams of water self-sufficiency go down the drain (smdp.com) — Santa Monica officials say local water supplies may fall far short of demand by 2045, and the City Council will review a new Sustainable Water Master Plan update on Tuesday. The meeting also covers homelessness emergency actions, traffic enforcement cameras, zoning changes, grants for public safety and the Annenberg Community Beach House, and funding for the Off the Hook Santa Monica Seafood Festival.
