Expect up to three lanes closed from 7 p.m. to 5 a.m. on weekdays, so plan your late-night commutes or airport runs accordingly.

• California Sea Lions Are Seizing on Beaches Amid a Spike in Toxic Algae Poisonings, Rescuers Warn (people.com) — Sausalito's Marine Mammal Center is receiving a surge of poisoned sea lions from the Central Coast, treating animals suffering seizures and disorientation from toxic algae.
