
On Sunday, July 19, Chefs Sean and Melissa McGaughey and the newly Michelin-starred Troubadour Bread & Bistro team welcome Chefs Juliana Thorpe and Ignacio "Nacho" Zuzulich of The Lodge at Dawn Ranch in Guerneville to Healdsburg for a one-night collaboration dinner.
The husband-and-wife duo serves as Co-Executive Chefs at The Lodge at Dawn Ranch, where they are reinventing California cuisine through their South American heritage. Their partnership was forged in some of the world's most influential kitchens, including two-Michelin-starred Mugaritz in Spain and the three-Michelin-starred Restaurant at Meadowood.
The evening weaves the warmth of Juliana's Brazil and the boldness of Nacho's Argentina through Troubadour's French bistro tradition, all anchored by the freshness of Sonoma's bounty. Guests can join in the dining room or at the chef's table, where Sean, Juliana, and Nacho talk through their courses.
