Bobcat Hit By Car In California: See Him Now
This is how the bobcat looked as he received critical care after his rescue. A new photo shows his progress.

WALNUT CREEK, CA — The last time we checked on a bobcat who had been rescued by a CHP officer after being hit by a car, things looked dire.
The bobcat had suffered a possible head injury, a broken pelvis and was pretty banged up.
That was at the end of August. And now?

He's looking and feeling much better! The feline has been cared for at Lindsay Wildlife in Walnut Creek.
According to its latest post, "His superficial wounds have healed, he is off ... daily medications. His movement has improved but still requires a couple of more weeks cage rest for his fractured pelvis to heal before he is moved to a facility with a larger space."

And while he will be moved to another facility for convalescing, the ultimate goal is to release this guy back into the wild.
