Carpet Of Flowers At Shell Ridge: Photo Of The Day
Photos of this "magical place" were taken in late February and early March when the hills were green and wildflowers were in full bloom.
WALNUT CREEK, CA — Monika Siegel took an amazing series of photographs in late February and early March. She told Patch in an email, "This section of Shell Ridge has been cleared, planted with California natives. With the late afternoon light it becomes a magical place to enjoy and take in the beauty."
