- Collective bargaining for higher education workers gets kicked down the road. The hopes of getting Colorado's universities into a collective bargaining agreement failed at the legislature this year. As it stands today, the University of Colorado is not obligated to recognize worker unions. (CPR)
- Winner of BolderBoulder citizen race also help raised money for Marshall Fire victims. Laura Thweatt, a coach at Monarch High School, won the citizen race this year. Earlier this year, she helped raise nearly $30,000 for students whose families lost their homes in the Marshall Fire. (9News)
- Will you take a water conservation pledge? If every Coloradan signed on with the Water 22 pledge, Colorado could save 22 gallons of water per day, per person. (9News)
- Lawsuit over debris removal for Marshall Fire dismissed. On Tuesday, a judge dismissed another lawsuit aimed at Boulder County that claimed that the city and county did not follow protocol in how it selected a vendor to do the cleanup for victims of December's Marshall Fire. (CBS4)
- State money going toward construction of 16,000 homes over 10 years. Gov. Jared Polis has signed legislation that will supply $150M of Colorado's general fund money to housing that will be built over the next ten years. At the same time, experts say the need for housing in Colorado over the next few years is 325,000 units. (CPR)
