  1. Boulder County considers penalizing people that are living in their vehicles. Boulder County officials are considering an ordinance that would allow officers to ticket people for living out of their vehicles on county-owned land. (Reporting Lab)
  1. Multi-family housing units are sprouting up around RTD transit stops. Development around RTDs station areas have captured 25 percent of multifamily development and 31 percent of office development in the Denver metro area. (FOX31)
  2. Catalytic converter thefts from vehicles are on the rise in metro Denver. The Denver police released a regional warning statement about the dangerous pattern of thefts as they increase across the metro area. (CBS4)
  3. U.S. reinstates previous miles per gallon requirements by 2026. All new vehicles beginning in 2026 will be required to average at least 40 mpg, up from today's 24 mpg. (9News)
