4 Charged In Connection With Murder In Lakewood
Four people have been charged with murder after a man was shot and killed in a Lakewood parking lot, authorities said.

LAKEWOOD, CO — Three men and a woman have been charged with murder in connection with a homicide in Lakewood. A 56-year-old man was shot and killed Oct. 15 in what appears to be an attempted carjacking, police said.
Alec Philippe Destree, 20, Dominic Joseph Maestas, 19, Manuel Garcia, 18, and Autumn Lucero, 21, have all been charged with first-degree murder, the First Judicial District Attorney announced Friday.
Officers were called to an apartment complex in the 200 block of S. Teller Street around 12:30 a.m., and found Rene Perez in the parking lot suffering from a gunshot wound, police said.

He was taken to a local hospital, where he later died.

All four defendants are being held without bond at the Jefferson County jail. They are all set to appear in court Feb. 12 for a preliminary hearing.
