• 9/24/26 - 9/27/26 West End Blotter (montrosecountysheriffsoffice.com) — Recent Montrose County Sheriff's logs show several calls in Nucla, including a welfare check, medical assist, school zone and directed patrols, and two disturbances on Main Street that led to a citation and later an arrest. The report also notes nearby Naturita incidents, giving residents a clear snapshot of late-September law-enforcement activity around town.
