Looking for Seasonal Work in CT? Home Depot's Hiring

The hardware and gardening store plans to hire hundreds of employees throughout the state.

Home Depot locations throughout Connecticut are planning to hire a combined 900 seasonal workers this spring, according to company officials.

Among the hardware and gardening store locations that plan to add staff include Glastonbury, Berlin, West Hartford, Middletown, Manchester and Southington, among others.

“There’s no better time to join our team than spring, whether you’re a college student, recent grad or a veteran hoping to build a career, a retiree who wants a fun job, or anyone who simply enjoys home improvement,” said Tim Crow, Home Depot's executive vice president—Human Resources, in a statement.

Across the country, the company - which has close to 2,000 stores in the United States - plans to hire about 80,000 seasonal workers this spring.
