High among the top ten things every writer wants to hear must be any sentence that begins "Your book's been chosen...."
In this case, I'm proud and happy to learn that my book, How David Met Sarah, and its sequel, When David was Surprised, has been chosen by the Plymouth/Terryville school district as a community-wide read next October. This series of books - I've got five planned all together - are very special to me because they were originally inspired and written for my brother with Down Syndrome.
