Warriors Football Equipment Handout

WHAT: WARRIOR Football Equipment Pick Up

WHEN: August 1 & 2, 6-8 PM

WHERE: Canton Springs Storage, 21 Canton Springs, Rd., Canton

Players need to be registered prior to receiving equipment. To better serve you, we will also be accepting registration on these dates at the same location.

All players must supply the following:
1. CTYFL registration form (found on CTYFL.com)
2. CTYFL physical form completed prior to practicing (found on CTYFL.com)
3. Birth Certificate copy
4. A-team players will need proof of being in middle school (i.e. last years report card, letter from principal)

We will be hosting our first ever equipment swap. Come donate equipment you can no longer use, and if needed, pick something up. Those who are looking for equipment for the first time are welcome as well. Please make sure the equipment is in good order. Shoulder pads, pants, pant pads, and shoes are welcome. There will be board members present to oversee the swap but the intent is that this will be a self directed event. It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to make sure any equipment taken and used is of the proper fit and condition.

We’re offering up old jerseys for $15. We can’t guarantee any specific number so be sure to come early.
