As of f July 1, 2013 there are 68 single family residences For Sale in Canton, down 5% from June 1.  Of the 68 homes: 5 are under $200,000, 33 are 200K to <400K, 11 are 400K to <600K, and 19 are over $600K.

 There are also 31 single family residences that are under “Show” or “Deposit” status, up 3% from June 1, 2013.
