Here's Friday's Simsbury Police Statement and News Conference on the Probe into Melissa Millan's Killing

A video recording of the public announcement and brief news conference given Thursday, Dec. 4 by Simsbury police was at one point taken offline by Simsbury Community TV, but is now back online and is attached to this article.

The video is just under 5 minutes in length.

Police also released this (different) statement Dec. 1 on the department’s Facebook timeline:

“The Simsbury Police Department will update the public with information regarding the homicide investigation as soon as it is available for release. Members of the department have been looking at all information discovered during the investigation and all information provided by the public. We encourage calls to the Detective Division with any information that you feel may be relevant. The Detectives can be reached at 860-658-3145.”
