FAIRFIELD, CT — Fairfield kicked off the holiday season Friday with its annual Christmas tree lighting on the Town Hall Green, where crowds gathered to see the tallest living tree in Connecticut alight with festive decor. The evening featured music, giveaways and a special appearance from Santa.
