September is National Square Dance Month
Hartford is hosting the New England Square Dance Convention in 2012 & 2013. This is a great activity that has health benefits (low aerobic exercise), social benefits (meet new friends), mental benefits (remember the calls), inexpensive ($5.00 a week for lessons). First 2 nights are free. Dance to modern music. Come to the community center on Sept 19 & Sept 26 and see what we are all about! Ages 10 and up are welcome!
