Vehicle Stolen In Greenwich, Residents Reminded To Lock Cars: PD
Police also remind residents to lock their cars, take their keys and keep their valuables out of sight while enjoying the holidays.

GREENWICH, CT — A silver 2008 Toyota RAV4 was stolen from Hartford Avenue sometime between Friday night and Saturday morning, according to police.
Lt. John Slusarz said he was unsure if the vehicle was unlocked, a common factor in many of the car break-ins and thefts that have occurred in town over the past few months.
"I strongly recommend people lock their cars, take their keys and don't leave any valuables where they can be seen, especially during the holiday season when people are out shopping and things like that," Slusarz said to Patch. "Don't get lazy."
