New Haven Man Charged with 2008 Hamden Home Burglary
Approximately $6,500 worth of items was stolen, including fur coats and a floor safe, during the burglary.

Hamden police have arrested a New Haven man In connection with a 2008 home burglary.
Kevin Santiago, 32, of New Haven, was arrested on a warrant Dec. 22 for the 2008 forcible burglary at a Blue Trail residence. Police said that approximately $6,500 worth of items was stolen, including fur coats and a floor safe.

Santiago was arrested on charges of third-degree burglary, conspiracy to commit third-degree burglary, second-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit second-degree larceny.
Santiago was detained on a $50,000 court-ordered bond and is scheduled to appear in Meriden Superior Court on Jan. 5.
