Circophony's As You Wish previewed last night to an enthusiastic response from a full house in Middletown. This Circus-Theater response to The Princess Bride is being given its world premiere by the Teen Circus company which is co-sponsored by ARTFARM and Oddfellows Playhouse.The hour-long piece uses comic characters, juggling, acrobatics, stilting and other circus skills to artfully re-interpret the classic cult film. It is a delight for Princess Bride fans, but equally entertaining for anyone who is completely unfamiliar with the original. Kids loved it. Adults loved it.
