Man Charged With Operation Of A Drug Factory In Milford, Police Say (patch.com) — Milford police used a Flock camera alert to locate a vehicle tied to an active arrest warrant and took a Bridgeport man into custody. During the arrest, officers reported finding a large quantity of various drugs, leading to multiple narcotics charges and a $25,000 bond in a case moving through the local courts.

Jury deliberating whether ex-Stamford cop is guilty in crash that killed pastor (nhregister.com) — Jurors in Milford Superior Court are weighing whether a former Stamford police officer is criminally negligent in a crash that killed pastor Tommie Jackson, after detailed testimony about his speed and split-second decisions. The case, moved to Milford to avoid conflicts, centers on how fast he responded to a minor call and whether Jackson's actions affected the outcome.
