Michelle Troconis' Lawyer Claims State Cops Took Nude Pics
Troconis, who is facing a murder conspiracy charge in the killing of Jennifer Farber Dulos, was illegally strip-searched, her attorney says.

NEW CANAAN, CT — The attorney for Michelle Troconis, one of two remaining suspects in the killing of Jennifer Farber Dulos, claims in a recent court filing that state police illegally strip-searched his client and took photographs of her while she was undressed, reports the Hartford Courant.
Jon Schoenhorn is seeking to have the photos, and DNA samples taken from Troconis, removed as evidence in the conspiracy to commit murder case against her.
Troconis, the former girlfriend of the late Fotis Dulos, and Kent Mawhinney are accused of helping Fotis murder his estranged wife, Jennifer Dulos. Her body has not been found, and Fotis Dulos, who was charged with murder in the case, committed suicide in January.

Schoenhorn told Fox61 that the actions of law enforcement were "dehumanizing" against Troconis, and that there is a possibility the photos may have been shared and/or viewed by others.
