About Candlewood Valley Health & Rehabilitation
Candlewood Valley Health & Rehabilitation has been serving Litchfield & Fairfield Counties for over 40 years. We offer 5-Star service for "long term living" and "short term rehabilitation." Whether you need a place to live with 24 hour nursing care, or you are recouping from a knee replacement or heart surgery, we take pride in the loving care, fun atmosphere and beautiful environment we offer. In recent years we have renovated and redesigned our facility, repaved our parking lots, put a new roof on and installed new HVAC systems for the comfort of our residents.
We also offer a dynamic outreach program to better support our community. Outreach programs are free of charge and largely consist of monthly events and crafts at senior centers, adult day care centers, assisted living facilities - as well as womens clubs, YMCAs, libraries, youth centers, visiting nurse associations, veteran organizations, local theaters, schools and local businesses and retailers. What's more, we host regular health awareness seminars and celebrations to educate, raise funds for important causes and thank community members for their perpetual contribution to spreading good health and kindness throughout our neighborhoods.
