Father of Sandy Hook Victim Sues Authors for Defamation

He accuses the co-editors of the book "Nobody Died at Sandy Hook" of ​endangering his life.

EWTOWN, CT — The father of a boy slain in the Sandy Hook shootings has filed suit against the co-editors of the book “Nobody Died at Sandy Hook,” accusing the two of endangering his life.

Leonard Pozner, whose son Noah was among those killed by a gunman at Sandy Hook School six years ago this month, is suing James Fetzer of Oregon, WI and Mike Palecek, of Saginaw, MN on defamation and conspiracy charges.

The suit was filed in Wisconsin Circuit Court.

Pozner, along with Noah Pozner's mother and another parent of a Sandy Hook student who was killed, made headlines in April when they sued radio host Alex Jones for defamation. Six more families came forward to file a suit against Jones a month later.
