North Haven Police Charge Two with Shoplifting from Sports Authority
Two women are accused of stealing several clothing items from the store.

Two Hartford women were arrested Thursday for allegedly shoplifting from the Sports Authority on Universal Drive in North Haven.
North Haven police responded to the store at about 4:22 p.m. on the report of a larceny in progress, according to a press release.
Police said an investigation revealed Sancha Richards, 25, and Christine Willis, 24, both of Hartford, had entered the store and selected numerous clothing items. The two then entered fitting rooms, concealed the items in large tote-bags/pocket books, and exited without making payment, according to police.

Both Willis and Richards were arrested and charged with larceny and conspiracy, according to police.
