• Man charged with arson following fire at halfway house in Montville (wfsb.com) — Norwich residents should know that a New Haven man faces serious arson and endangerment charges after police say he set a fire at a Montville halfway house, with 23 people inside at the time. He was arrested along Route 32 and is being held on a $250,000 bond, with his case now moving through the Norwich court system.
