Kyle Seitz, 36 entered an Alford Plea in the case last month.

The Ridgefield man charged with criminally negligent homicide in the hot car death of his 15-month-old infant son will be sentenced today at 2 p.m.
Kyle Seitz, 36, is accused of leaving his son, Benjamin Seitz unattended in a car in July when temperatures soared into the 80s.
