Lacrosse Camp Being Offered by Parks and Rec.

The Rocky Hill Parks and Recreation will be sponsoring a lacrosse camp at Sunny Crest Field 2 for boys and girls in fifth through eighth grade from Aug. 13 to 17.

The lacrosse camp will be run by Future Fitness Sport Specific Training, LLC.

The price of the camp is $110.00 per player and $120 for non-residents.

The camp will focus on:

• Offensive and defensive skills
• Offensive/defensive flow drills
• Speed/agility training
• Strength training as it relates to the game

Camp Schedule:

• 9:00am – 9:15am – Group Warm Up
• 9:15am – 9:45 – Speed/agility/Strength
• 9:45 – 9:55am - Break
• 9:55am – 11:40am – Stations (which will consist of lacrosse specific drills.)
• 11:40 – 11:45 – Break
• 11:45am – 12:00pm – Cool Down/Stretch

Each player is responsible for bringing the following:

• Athletic Attire – Sneakers or Cleats
• Gloves
• Stick
• Helmet
