Vito's Pizzaria Taking Part in Taste of the Suburbs

Taste of the Suburbs comes on the heels of a successful Taste of Hartford, which took place in July and August.

1st Course
Panzanella Salad – Greens with cucumber, pepperoncini, onions, olives, fresh mozzarella, and house-made croutons.
Caesar Salad – Fresh romaine with house-made croutons, Romano cheese.
Fried Mozzarella – House-made mozzarella sticks served with side of marinara.
Bruschetta – Fresh tomatoes, olives, onions, basil, and garlic.

Eggplant Bianco – Fresh, house-made breaded eggplant sautéed in olive oil & lemons with capers, fresh spinach, and provolone cheese served with a side of pasta.
Baked Stuffed Shells – Large shells stuffed seasoned ricotta, and topped with mozzarella cheese and sauce.
Chicken Sorrento – Layered chicken, ham, and fresh breaded eggplant and fresh mozzarella served in a sherry marinara sauce with a side of pasta.
Sole Florentine – Egged dipped Sole in a lemon butter sauce with fresh spinach over angel hair.
