The family-operated butcher shop offers old-school, carcass-cut beef and a range of pork, poultry, lamb, and marinated items, with Deenihan emphasizing personal service, cooking guidance, and building neighborhood connections.
   

• Police warn of new method for car thieves across tri-state area (news12.com) — Stamford police are warning residents that car thieves are increasingly using electronic key programming devices to unlock and steal vehicles, even when owners think they're secure. Officers urge people to remove valuables, park inside when possible, and consider port locks, steering wheel locks, and GPS trackers to slow thieves and help recover stolen cars.
   

• Stamford woman gets 12 years in prison for selling drugs, gun on supervised release (stamfordadvocate.com) — A Stamford resident has been sentenced in federal court to more than 12 years in prison after selling crack cocaine, fentanyl and a stolen handgun while on supervised release. Investigators say they seized drugs and cash from her Stamford home and another connected residence. The case stems from undercover purchases made in 2025 following an earlier narcotics and firearm conviction.
