• Mystic Bridge Undergoes Repairs After Getting Stuck Open (patch.com) — Drivers and boaters in Stonington should plan around a temporary opening schedule for the Mystic drawbridge, which is undergoing electrical repairs after recently getting stuck open and closing Main Street. The bridge will open only four times daily for marine traffic through Sept. 4, as town officials work to resolve ongoing mechanical issues.
