Boyfriend of Deceased Infant's Mother Charged as a Fugitive from Justice

An arrest has been made while police continue to investigate the death Saturday of a 14-month-old baby.

Fox 61 is reporting an Old Saybrook man, who is the boyfriend of the infant’s mother, was wanted for robbery in Suffolk County, NY.

Keith Frost, 29, was charged with being a fugitive from justice and criminal impersonation, Fox 61 said.

Police were called Saturday to the Econo Lodge Inn and Suites in Old Saybrook where they found a baby who was not breathing and was unresponsive. They were calling the death “suspicious.”
