Ex-Trumbull Cop Ordered Not To Contact Victim's Family: Report
Former Trumbull Officer Michael Gonzalez was accused of using a police database to track down a teenage girl, according to police.

TRUMBULL, CT — A retired Trumbull Police officer accused of using the department's computer system to track down a teenage girl he met in the police cadet program was ordered by a judge not to have contact with any of her family members.
A Superior Court judge extended the protective order after Michael Gonzalez contacted the girl's mother through Linkedin, according to the Trumbull Times.
Gonzalez resigned from the department in October 2018. He was arrested following two domestic incidents that involved a fellow female officer. He was granted a pretrial diversionary program, Officer Kaitlyn Arcamone had charges against her nolled and she was fired by the department.

State Police arrested Gonzalez in June after he allegedly used a police database to track down the girl, according to an arrest warrant. The teenage girl's mother contacted police and said that Gonzalez had sexually assaulted her daughter.
State Police would have charged Gonzalez with fourth-degree sex assault, but the statute of limitations had run out by the time the incident was reported, according to an arrest warrant.
