• Windsor Resident Wins $20,000 On Scratch Ticket (patch.com) — A Windsor resident recently claimed a $20,000 prize from a Connecticut Lottery 20X Cash 10th Edition scratch ticket bought at Jay's Mobil on the Run on Poquonock Avenue. While the winner's name is not released, locals may recognize the busy Windsor gas station where the lucky ticket was sold.
   

• New I-291 Traffic Pattern Coming To Windsor Wednesday (patch.com) — Drivers in Windsor should prepare for a new I-291 traffic pattern on the westbound Bissell Bridge, where the existing one-lane setup will shift from a left-lane to a right-lane closure starting Wednesday. The change is part of a multi-year, multimillion-dollar rehabilitation project on the bridge between Windsor and South Windsor, so residents can expect evolving traffic adjustments through 2027.
   

• Police ID Man Killed In Jet Ski Accident On Connecticut River In Windsor (dailyvoice.com) — Emergency crews from Windsor, South Windsor, and regional dive teams spent hours searching the Connecticut River near the Bissell Bridge Boat Launch after a jet ski accident, ultimately recovering the body of a New Haven man on Monday. Authorities are still investigating what led to his fall into the water, and the state medical examiner will determine the exact cause of death.
