• 54-year-old Maryland woman killed after Ford blows stop sign in Delaware crash police say (shorenewsnetwork.com) — A serious two-vehicle crash at Salt Barn Road and Old Stage Road in Laurel killed a 54-year-old Maryland woman and injured a 32-year-old Laurel man, according to state police. Investigators say a Ford Maverick failed to stop at a stop sign before striking the woman's Honda, and Troop 7's Collision Reconstruction Unit is asking witnesses or anyone with video to come forward.
