Memorial Day 2018 In NoVA, DC: Parades, Concerts, Fireworks

WASHINGTON, D.C. — The weather's expected to put a damper on Memorial Day, but, if you're able to avoid the showers, communities across northern Virginia have plenty to offer to mark the holiday. There will be a bounty of celebrations both solemn — recognition for military personnel who were killed or went missing in action in the Vietnam War and wreath-laying ceremonies at memorials on the National Mall — and fun, from parades to rides and food.
