The vote to name the two Bald Eagle chicks at the National Arboretum has ended, and the results are in: they'll be named Freedom and Liberty.

Dog Found in Garbage Bag, Felony Animal Cruelty Alleged

Animal Control investigators are hoping that the image of a small dog will help locate the suspects in a felony animal cruelty case, according to Prince William County Police.
