One blamed ‘commotion' over a bullhorn (floridapolitics.com) — A Fleming Island state senator, Jennifer Bradley, was one of just four Republicans in the Florida Senate to break with her party and vote against Gov. Ron DeSantis’ proposed congressional map. The vote still passed after brief confusion in the House, where two Democrats initially supported the bill by mistake before changing their votes to oppose the redistricting plan.
