• Rezoning request advances for Pearl Square Block N9 commercial building (jaxdailyrecord.com) — A major rezoning step for Pearl Square's Block N9 in Downtown Jacksonville just cleared the City Council's Land Use and Zoning Committee, moving next to the full Council. The plan would replace a warehouse with a large mixed-use building featuring 60,000 square feet of office space above 15,000 square feet of ground-floor retail, wrapping around the existing City Place condos.
