St. Pete Rapper Arrested In Pasco County After Fleeing Traffic Stop: Watch
A St. Pete rapper who performs under the name "OTM Ruger" was arrested in Pasco County after fleeing a Largo traffic stop, FL troopers said.
PASCO COUNTY, FL — A St. Petersburg rapper was arrested Sunday afternoon in Pasco County after fleeing a traffic stop in Largo on Saturday, Florida Highway Patrol said in a social media post.
Marcus Dudley, 27, who performs under the name “OTM Ruger,” was spotted on State Road 54 near Seven Springs Boulevard in New Port Richey around 4 p.m. (Watch a video of his chase through Pasco County leading to his arrest below.”
He was in a car that matched the description of the vehicle that fled from the Largo traffic stop the day before and was detected by a license plate reader, IONTB.com said.

Troopers tried to pull Dudley over for having tinted windows, but he took off, WTSP said.
He led FHP on a chance before being “sidelined” by a trooper in a patrol vehicle on Perrine Ranch Road, the agency said.

He was charged with fleeing and eluding law enforcement.
