• Three illegal bridges removed from Sweetwater Creek to prevent flooding (wftv.com) — Oviedo city crews have removed at least three illegal homemade bridges from Sweetwater Creek to reduce flooding risks and comply with stormwater and federal regulations. Officials say the structures trapped debris and worsened flood damage, and they're ordering anyone with remaining unauthorized bridges to dismantle them immediately to protect nearby homes and properties.
