Truesdell Park clubhouse to get exterior makeover (mypanhandle.com) — Panama City is moving ahead with a major facelift for Truesdell Park's long-damaged clubhouse, approving about $500,000 for new windows, doors, patios, fencing, and HVAC. Additional playground upgrades and a new parking lot are underway, while the city seeks partners and tradespeople to finish the clubhouse interior and restore it as a hub for community events.
   

4. Panama City commissioners approve state funding for Frankford Avenue trail design (wjhg.com) — Panama City commissioners have accepted $425,000 in state funding to design a new multi-use trail along Frankford Avenue, a key link in a larger city and state trail network. The planned route would connect Beach Drive, St. Andrews, Kings Point, SweetBay, and include a pedestrian bridge over Robinson Bayou, improving walkability and bike access for nearby neighborhoods.
   

5. Dolly Parton's impact on Panama City Beach continues with new development plans (wjhg.com) — Dolly Parton's projects in Panama City Beach are expected to continue, with city leaders confirming plans for a new arcade, mini golf course, and electric cart slick track next to Pirates Voyage.
