TAMPA, FL — While American war veterans unite an 8-day-old baby in Ukraine with his adoptive parents and evacuate an Army Airborne ranger and his wife as missiles fall in their Kiyiv neighborhood, Tampa Bay residents do their part to raise funds to aid the people in Ukraine.
